***As of 5 p.m. on September 22, 2016, all open and closed cases for people impacted by the April and May flooding events in the Greater Houston area and Hidalgo County will have been securely transferred to the State of Texas for further assessment by Disaster Case Management. Disaster Case Managers are a single point of contact for a variety of resources and services. Case managers will advocate on your behalf for the best possible outcome during the recovery process. They can help point you and your family in the right direction!
